The Bed structure consists of metal frames made of M.S. ERW tube 25x25x1.2 mm square & MS CRCA sheet metal in 1.6, 2 & 3 mm thickness. The linkages for Mattress frame lifting are made of 5.0 mm thick HR steel.
The mattress frame is made of MS tube of 50x25x1.2 thick and 19x19x1.2 thick. and corner plastic connectors. The complete frame is fixed with 9mm Prelaminated Particle Board for support of mattress.
All the metal components are Powder coated with Epoxy polyester powder to the thickness of 50 microns (±10).
The bed Side board, Lower Headboard, Headboard back support and Under Storage bottom panels are made of 18 mm Thick Prelaminated Particle Board, with all the edges edge banded with 0.8 mm thick PVC lipping.
The headboard side panels are made of 18mm PVC Foiled MDF. While the front panels are 18 and 25 mm PVC Foiled MDF. The foot board is made 18mm PVC Foiled MDF.For accessing the under storage in Motorized storage, an electro—mechanical actuator based lifting mechanism is used for which the control remote is provided. The remote with cable can be removed from the bed base.

The Mirror door is made 18 mm Thick Prelaminated Particle Board with 4 mm thick mirror is fixed to it with the 3M tape. Shelves are provided behind the Mirror with Gallery Fitting. Two Bangle Rods are also provided behind the mirror door.
Pouf is made of 12 mm Ply structure. and provided with the Bottom skirting of Prelaminated particle board with edge Banding. The 28 density 25 mm thick foam is provided all around the ply structure. A foam of 28 density 75 mm thick is provided for the seat. The complete pouf is upholstered with the Leatherette.
