Material
Bed Structure consist of metal frames made of M.S. ERW TUBE as per IS 7138, 25mm Square in 1.2mm Thickness & M.S. CRCA channels in 1.0mm thickness as per IS 513. Mattress frames made of combination of ERW tube 25mm & 19mm square in 1.2mm thickness, and MS angle of 5mm thk. All the metal components are Powder coated with Epoxy polyester powder to the thickness of 50 microns (±10). Sideboard, Lower Headboard and Bottom panels are made of 18mm Thick Prelaminated Particle Board EN312, E1 grade, with all the edges edge banded with 0.8mm thick PVC lipping. Headboard and tailboard are made of 25mm thick PVC Foiled MDF. 9mm prelaminated particle board with PVC lipping is provided under the mattress. High quality lift up mechanism is used for the lifting of the mattress frame. High quality hardware like Cam fasteners, metal insert, screws & dowels are used.
